If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase (excluding shipping charges and taxes). To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in their original packaging, and a receipt is required.

Raw Food: Raw food purchased at a Totally Raw Pet Food location can be returned to a Totally Raw Pet Food store up to 30 days after purchase with the original receipt. At least 50% of the product must be returned in the original packaging. A refund will be issued equal to the returned product amount.

 Online Purchases:  You may return unopened and unused products in original condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund equal to the product amount (not including shipping charges or taxes). You must request a return authorization number by emailing us via our Contact page or by calling us at (902) 407-9930. Please indicate your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and why. Please make sure to package the items adequately. We will not honour credits for merchandise that comes back to us damaged. Consider insuring your package.  Once you have received your return authorization number, please write it on the outside of the package and send it to:

Shipment Error: If you have received an incorrect item, please send an email through Contact Us or call (902) 407-9930. Please reference your order number; we will provide instructions for returning the item and obtaining the correct replacement. All items must be reported within the 30-day return policy period.

Refused Delivery: Refused deliveries will incur a $15 restocking fee plus return shipping charges. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address entered by the customer, they will be charged for the return shipping. 

Cancelled Orders: E-commerce orders are shipped every Monday. If you need to cancel an order, you must cancel it before the shipment is sent on the following Monday.  

Method of Credit: Credit will be applied to the same card used in the original payment. Credit card credits usually take two days to show up on your account.
